Ranger the Dog needs a home

Hi.  My name is Ranger and I am a male dog estimated to be young - perhaps 4 months old, but the people here will know more after I visit the vet on February 21st.  I believe I am a Terrier mix, just not sure what kind of Terrier!  A wonderful man rescued me after witnessing "someone" dump me out of a car and drive away.  What kind of person would do that? 

I am a very friendly boy.  I walk pretty well on a leash, but I do need more practice.  I get along with other dogs and kids.

I am looking for a family to call my own and I hope that is with you.
